Undoubtedly the stakes are high, with automatically promoted Middlesbrough, currently two place above West Ham and two points to the better, needing to take as many points as possible from established Premier League teams that are struggling.
There will be no easy matches for West Ham this season. Before the current season had started it would have been expected that West Ham had a good chance of beating Middlesbrough...
IMHO, on current form, West Ham don't look like scoring goals, only conceding goals.
Current goal difference for West Ham is -9, while Middlesbrough is -3.
Very sadly, I am fearing the worst...
